Contacting BARLA

When you contact us, BARLA uses the information you provide to review your enquiry, respond and discuss a possible professional engagement. Where the contact form is available, it asks for your name, work email, company, company country and message. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information.

Form messages are stored in a private database and sent to BARLA by email. The website hosting infrastructure and, when the form is enabled, Resend process the data needed to operate this service. Email enquiries are handled through our email provider. These services may process data outside your country. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Optional audience measurement

When Google Analytics is configured, a consent panel lets you accept or decline audience measurement. Analytics only loads after you accept. It measures page views and actions such as email clicks and successful form submissions. Contact details and message text are not sent as analytics events. Advertising features are disabled.

Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it through the privacy preferences button when measurement is available. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or contacting BARLA. If you consent, campaign labels and the referring website may also accompany a form enquiry to help us understand its source.

Security and your requests

Technical request information is processed to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses a temporary hashed rate-limit identifier to reduce abuse. Access to enquiries is restricted to their handling and service operation. We retain enquiry information as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about this notice, contact francisco@barla.rio.br.
